The role within Aqurance:

As a Business Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in digital transformation and business analysis to help clients improve their performance by analyzing and identifying areas of weakness and providing solutions to enhance profitability and efficiency. Daily tasks include meetings with clients to present and further communicate our unique value proposition and ensure we achieve expectations. The candidate will work in partnership with clients to understand business processes and be a trusted advisor on leveraging information technology to meet their business objectives, especially related to clients’ Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault PromoMats.

The position reports to the CRM Services Manager.

The right candidate to apply for this job is a bachelor’s degree holder, preferably on Computer Science, Engineering, or business administration with a stellar academic background and proven experience in enterprise/business applications consulting.

You will be responsible for:

1. Lead the Customer

  • Communicate effectively with existing clients to understand their specific needs and objectives and develop high-quality presentations, proposals, and software demonstrations.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to large enterprise clients. Monitor progress and adjust as necessary to ensure that goals are met.
  • Use expertise in business operations, strategy, and management to provide valuable insights and advice.
  • Educate customers about Aqurance services and portfolio.
  • Function as a Primary customer liaison managing communication between implementation teams, customer stakeholders, and 3rd parties
  • Manage relationships with key customers, and engage stakeholders in long-term planning, budgetary discussions, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement.
  • Provide regular reporting about financial performance against sales targets.

2. Delivery

  • Analyze customer requirements and propose high-level solutions to enhance end-user adoption.
  • Lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate projects and initiatives across teams internally and within customer teams.
  • Guide customers in adopting industry best practices as part of post-implementation programs focused on holistic success and continuous improvement for the customer.
  • Oversee customer release management programs, including resource planning, release tracking, and forecasting

Possessing skills and experience in the following areas will benefit you:

  • 5+ years’ experience in management consulting, business analysis, project management, and managing IT service projects.
  • SFDC, Veeva CRM, and Veeva Vault knowledge are highly desirable.
  • Industry and domain experience in Life Sciences.
  • Knowledge of the complete sales cycle with experience in responding to sales RFIs/RFPs.
  • High degree of confidence in configuring and presenting software demos as well as in leading technical discussions.
  • Flexibility to travel across Europe.
  • Comfortable working within small, agile teams in a fast-paced, iterative sales and development environment.

Previous working experience in a corporate environment is essential. Related professional certifications are welcome.

Excellent command of the English language is required. Additional languages are a plus.

Working experience in configuring and demonstrating the Veeva Commercial applications (Veeva CRM and/or Veeva Vault PromoMats), Salesforce.com CRM or Service Cloud Apps will be considered a big plus, along with experience in working under standard Project Management methodology and principles.
